I often tell our employees that "the heart is at the forefront, and the profession is at the back". There are various trainings in our company, but everyone's acceptance is different. If you really feel that this is a very important thing, you will do it seriously, but if you do it seriously, you will naturally get deeper and deeper, and professionalism is also a natural thing.

Q: What if the requirements of the owner of the dangerous goods conflict with your specifications?

Not doing things that violate the law and discipline is the death rule of our company. Those who violate this rule will leave. This is very clear, no one can violate. If there is a dangerous goods owner who wants us to declare and handle according to other names, we can only refuse.

Q: But there will be other freight forwarders doing this. If you do not do it, you will lose a deal?

I can’t control whether others do it or not. The orders we receive must be done according to the specifications. For me, how to operate this kind of list is very clear. But what's the point of doing this? For customers, a list may save you hundreds of thousands of dollars, but if there is a problem, you will not be able to make a few years back.

Question: If the customer intends to conceal the report or is not clear about it, the goods are dangerous.

For such customers, we can only do a little more ourselves. The customer does not know the dangerous nature of the goods, it does not matter, we can sample him for free, and sent to the Chemical Research Institute for testing to determine its danger. We are not afraid of problems and troubles. We can be bitter and tired, but we must follow this principle. Must be responsible to customers!
