There are national-level aquatic product testing here The key laboratory has about 600 cubic meters of special cold storages for various types of high and low temperatures, which can provide rapid and efficient centralized inspection of imported aquatic animals, fruits, seedlings, meat, aquatic products, etc.

The responsible manager of International Logistics Co., Ltd. told reporters that the company specializes in the sale of imported seafood such as lobster, oysters, geoduck, and emperor crab from the United States, France, Australia and other places. There are about 200 orders. At present, most of the company's cross-border seafood takes the flights of China Southern Airlines and Emirates Airlines. After arriving at Baiyun Airport, they enjoy the fast-track customs clearance and inspection and release of green channels provided by the customs and inspection and quarantine departments.

The reporter learned from the Guangzhou Airport Committee that since July 2014, Guangzhou Airport’s cross-border e-commerce import business volume has grown rapidly. In the first half of this year, the B2C direct purchase import business volume increased by about 12.3 times compared with the second half of last year.
