Five, how to calculate the weight

The billable weight refers to the actual weight and volumetric weight (length (CM) * width (CM) * height (CM) / 5000), whichever is greater and meets the rounding up with 500g as a unit;

The billable weight of goods above 21KG is in units of 1KG, and the part that is less than 1KG is calculated according to 1KG.

1. Small cargo billing: first weight 0.5KG rate + (billing weight-first weight 0.5)/0.5* renewal weight rate

8. Main Terms of Liability and Compensation

1. If the customer has purchased insurance, compensation shall be made according to the regulations of the insurance company;

2. If the customer does not purchase insurance, the whole ticket will be lost, and compensation will be made according to the following standards;

International shipments are compensated according to the compensation standard of the agency company; if the shipment is lost or damaged, compensation will be made according to the actual value of the shipment itself, but the maximum compensation for each parcel will be USD100, and the document will not be compensated.

3. The express mail sent by the customer must be true and legal, otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all consequences; for detailed compensation provisions, please obtain it from the management office of our company.
