What are the classification of live products, how to distinguish?

According to the type of battery used in the product, it is generally divided into three types: 1. Cargo with dry battery (using carbon core as electrode, common No. 5 battery); 2. Cargo with lead-acid battery (usually using copper sulfate as electrode); 3 3. Cargo with lithium battery (the most common type).

Pay attention to the transportation of the above three types of live products:

A. For products with dry batteries, if shipping from the mainland, you need to send samples to an appraisal agency recognized by the Civil Aviation Administration of China to issue a "Cargo Transport Conditions Appraisal". Qualified products can be transported as ordinary goods. The battery in the product must be Insulate well; if you need to provide valid MSDS documents from Hong Kong, the batteries in the product must be insulated.

B. Goods with lead-acid batteries are generally rejected by airlines, and almost no products with lead-acid batteries are included in e-commerce products.

C. Cargo products with lithium batteries This is the most common product we encounter every day. We focus on the transportation requirements of products with lithium batteries.
