Packaging requirements

Tariff issue

1. Subject to the tariffs generated by the destination country (generally, the tariffs generated when the declared value is higher are higher, and if the declared value is too low than the actual value, a higher punitive tariff will also be generated).

Bounce problem

Claims service

1. Please pack the fragile goods by yourself, otherwise we will not be responsible for the breakage. If the goods are lost, broken or compensated during the operation, the declared value stated on the commercial invoice (or proforma invoice) provided by the sender as the goods shall be taken as The reference value of the compensation value is to compensate for the actual loss or damage. 2. After the loss or damage, any consignment value provided by the shipper that is different from the declared value stated on the original commercial invoice (or proforma invoice) will not be recognized.

3. Please report to us within 10 days from the date of the incident and issue a written claim letter, otherwise it will not be accepted. At the same time, we will not bear all the responsibilities and costs of international express shipments due to flight delays or flight class problems.
