4. Stamp duty to buy a rented house: You have to go to the tax bureau to buy a stamp duty, which is purchased at a rate of one-thousandth of the annual rent, which is posted on the front page of the rent contract.

  

5. Compile the "Articles of Association": You can download the sample of "Articles of Association" on the website of the Industry and Commerce Bureau and modify it. All shareholders are signed at the end of the articles of association.

7. Go to the accounting firm to get the "Bank Inquiry Letter": Contact an accounting firm and get a "Bank Inquiry Letter", which must be the original, and the accounting firm will stamp it.

  

8. Go to the bank to open a company capital verification account: All shareholders bring the part of their own shares to the bank, bring the company's articles of association, the verification notice issued by the Industry and Commerce Bureau, the legal representative's private seal, ID card, money used for capital verification 1. Blank inquiry letter form, go to the bank to open a company account, you have to tell the bank to open a capital verification account. After opening the company account, each shareholder deposits the corresponding money into the company account according to the amount of his own investment.

  

9. Handle the capital verification report: take the shareholder's payment slip issued by the bank, the inquiry letter after the bank's seal, and the company's articles of association, verification notice, rent contract, copy of the real estate certificate, go to the accounting firm for the capital verification report, accountant The clerk's capital verification report is charged according to the registered capital.

  

10. Registered company: Go to the Industry and Commerce Bureau to collect various forms of company registration, including application form for registration, list of shareholders (sponsors), supervision of directors and managers, legal representative registration form, designated representative or authorized agent registration form. The registration fee is charged at 8/10,000 of the registered capital. After completing, submit it to the Industry and Commerce Bureau together with the verification notice, the company's articles of association, the rent contract, a copy of the real estate certificate, and the capital verification report.

  

11. With a business license, go to the engraving agency designated by the Special Branch of the Public Security Bureau to engrave the official seal and the financial seal. In the following steps, you need to use the official seal or the financial seal.

  

12. Apply for the organization code certificate of the enterprise: go to the Technical Supervision Bureau to obtain the organization code certificate with the business license.
