1. Acceptance conditions

(1) General regulations

③ The shipper must complete the exit formalities such as departure customs and quarantine. All civil aviation companies in China's civil aviation industry do not temporarily handle COD.

④The packaging, weight and volume of the goods must meet the air transportation conditions.

(2) Value limitation

The declared value of each consignment (that is, each freight bill) shall not exceed US$100,000 or its equivalent currency (if the value is not declared, the gross weight shall be calculated at US$20 per kilogram). If it exceeds, it should be delivered in batches (that is, in two or more freight orders); if the goods are not suitable for separation, they must be approved and approved by the relevant airline before they can be accepted for shipment.

(3) Payment requirements

① The freight of the goods can be prepaid or paid, but please note: a. The freight and declared value fees of the goods must be paid in advance or paid in full. b. Other expenses incurred at the origin of the transportation must be fully prepaid or paid in full; the expenses incurred during the transportation should be paid, but some fees, such as fixed fees prescribed by the government and some taxes from the airport authority, such as The originating station can also prepay when it knows; other charges incurred at the destination can only be paid in full.

②The shipper can use the following payment methods to pay the freight to the carrier or its agent: RMB cash (or the People's Bank of China domestic cheque) Note: The agent cannot accept the shipper's travel certificate (MCO) or prepaid ticket notice (PTA) As a payment method.

Second, the collection and transportation procedures

(1) When the shipper delivers the goods, he should fill in the "International Cargo Shipment Letter" and provide documents related to transportation. The agent should know whether the goods delivered by the shipper are the navigable place. The packaging and volume of the goods

The agent should check the packaging of the goods and the size of the goods when receiving the goods. Shippers should be asked to repackage the packaging if it is not strong, too rudimentary and has the old logo. In addition, it should be checked whether the volume of the cargo meets the requirements of the loaded aircraft type. For interline cargoes, the aircraft type used in the transfer terminal should be considered.
