1. During the execution of the contract, the country’s trade control policy was adjusted, and the consignee could not go through the examination and approval procedures and could provide relevant certificates;

2. The consignee is unable to pay import taxes and fees for any reason, or the consignee fails to pay the payment on time, which causes the ownership of the goods to be transferred, and can provide a written certificate that the shipping unit agrees to return the shipment;

3. The goods are indeed wrongly dispatched, unloaded, or unloaded, and can provide written proof of the consignor's transportation department;

4. In the event of a trade dispute, failing to go through the customs declaration and import procedures, and being able to provide a court judgment, arbitration decision of the trade arbitration department, or a valid cargo right certificate without dispute.

5. If the consignee applies for the return of the goods that have been officially declared imported to the customs but have not been released by the customs, the original declaration can be cancelled according to the spirit of Article 2 of Article 1 of the [1999] 798 Document, and the direct return can be handled. formalities.

The customs has confirmed the inspection (including the goods that have been included in the monitoring and risk control by the logistics control department), or the goods that the customs have determined to be smuggled or suspected of violations, and shall not directly go through the return procedures before the customs conducts the inspection and the case investigation.
